You must be authorized to use the services. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Permitted Use and Restrictions

You may use our platform for lawful purposes related to vehicle diagnostics, repair coordination, and other services we provide. You must not:

• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the platform.
• Interfere with the security, integrity, or performance of the platform.
• Use automated means to access or scrape data without our prior written permission.

Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable access to our services but may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We are not liable for interruptions or errors beyond our reasonable control.

Payments and Refunds

If you purchase services, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card details. Refunds, if any, are issued in accordance with our refund policies and applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on the platform are owned or licensed by CarTool World. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our prior written permission, except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CarTool World disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee diagnostic results or outcomes of repair work coordinated through our platform.

Except where prohibited by law, in no event will CarTool World be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid in the prior 12 months or (b) one hundred Qatari Riyals (QAR 100), except where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CarTool World and its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms or for operational, legal, or security reasons. On termination, your right to use the platform ends and we may delete or deactivate your account information in accordance with our data retention policies described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms do not provide legal advice and do not select a specific jurisdiction for disputes. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms should be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and parties may pursue other dispute resolution methods as appropriate under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits either party's right to seek injunctive relief.

Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. We will post revisions on the platform with the effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
